Welcome to PuppyLuv... but on the Nekoweb! I have a site over on Neocities, so you may know me from there. So why Nekoweb? Well, at the very base level of it, I still really adore the aesthetic I have on my Neocities page, and I spent a really long time working on it, including making the photo assets and struggling through the actual coding of it. And it just hurt me far too much to just scrap it.

But, I still wanted to make a site for myself that was simple enough to navigate for not only my friends and viewers, but for myself as well. And, honestly, I missed coding! I also spent a lot of time recently browsing old geocities pages, like Charm's Graphic Shack and I sat back and realized that one of the reasons I've started to dislike coding as of late is because I've been putting far too much pressure on myself for it to fit into certain boxes that don't even really exist! I would look at the popular pages on Neocities, and even a few on here and felt really discouraged because none of my sites looked... like that. It felt like I was building boxes around what my site needed to look like, which goes against the whole point of making a personal site!

So, here I am! Back on this journey of learning how to code, but more importantly, making a website for myself that doesn't have to fit the invisible criteria I've made for myself that makes my website "worth" viewing. As long as it's worth it to me, that's what should matter! I also want to use this website as a chance to learn to be okay with making minimalistic sites and not feel like it has to be super cluttered to be good. Maybe I'll ramble more about this sometime.
